Thirty days of practice is a great way to bring in new habits and let go of old. This challenge comes at the perfect time of year to really commit to your practice and stay the course.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to get clear about the basics of vinyasa yoga. Lots of questions are encouraged making it a great inclusive space to understand vinyasa yoga a little better. We’ll end with a nice long savasana.
This will be the yin class of your dreams. Join Emily for two whole hours of slowing down to receive and rest. She will guide you into classic yin and restorative postures interspersed with practical tools to actually slow down when you are back out in the world.
Celebrate the New Year in community! This practice will be guided as a slow flow class, followed by breath work, and meditation.
