Join to honour June 21st - National Indigenous Peoples Day, Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga. As we welcome in the summer season on this special day of celebration, we will honour the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being - the Four Directions. The class will start with Pranayama (breathwork), followed by Hatha yoga, ending class with a sound experience including drum, rattle and crystal bowls.

Shireen is Métis on her mothers side and Persian on her fathers side. She was born and raised on the Traditional Territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən Speaking Peoples and currently resides on the Hahuulthii of the Tla-o-qui-aht Ha'wiih. Shireen teaches with earth-based intention, grounded in her exploration of her roots and yogic traditions. She honours the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. Shireen completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and has continued her studies in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Sound Healing, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Neuroscience-Informed Pranayama (breathwork).
