We are stoked to be partnering with Aearth Saunas in this solstice celebration. Join Natalie for a strong, strengthening 75 min yoga class where you will stoke your fire and light yourself up. We'll smile, sweat and feel the love. Then we'll walk on over to Aerth where we have 90 min to relax, socialize, and revitalize in the saunas, cold plunge pool and bucket shower; a great way to support the body and mind. Altogether, a great way to ring in the summer and pay homage to the light on the longest day of the year.

Aerth has robes to rent for $9 but we ask you bring your own swimsuit. Towels are included. We will have a half hour to make our way over to Aerth after the yoga class. You can change at the studio or at sauna.
