Immerse yourself in a two-hour journey, with Lora and Caleigh, designed to energize, ground, and reconnect. 2 hours will allow you to experience the benefits of both yang and yin.
We will begin with a slow flow vinyasa. Inviting you to move with intention, building steady heat while deepening awareness of breath and body. Guided breath work and meditation will help shift and balance your energy, creating space for clarity and renewal. We’ll close with a grounding yin practice, allowing time to soften, release, and fully settle into your experience.
Hands-on adjustments are offered (always optional) to support and enhance your practice. All levels are welcome.
