Thirty days of practice is a great way to bring in new habits and let go of old. This challenge comes at the perfect time of year to really commit to your practice and stay the course. We will have a fantastic opening class, colossal closing class and STICKERS (everyone loves a good sticker board to keep track of your practice)! We will have some prize packages to give away to those who complete 30 days.

Just a small fee to join if you already have an unlimited membership or purchase the package and continue on class cards when you’re complete.

To make this even easier we are including our online platform in the package. Can’t come in one day to practice? We’ve got you. Just do one of our online classes instead. All barriers removed from getting you on to your mat. Just make sure to fill your sticker chart the next day when you come in.
