Join Em upside down and take your inversions to new heights!
You will utilize efficient and effective drills to strengthen the upper body , core, and legs, as well as mobility drills for shoulders and wrists. We will explore handstand, elbow stand, and a quest for the press handstand!
This workshop is perfect for those who have taken the “inversions” workshop with Em, can hold down dog for 1 minute, or who regularly fly upside down.
